Are there exclusions for returns/exchanges?

Yes. Custom-made, special-order, and installed products cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Deposits are also non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee applies for orders returned/exchanged within 30 days. Free returns/exchanges are available within 24 hours of ordering. Returns/exchanges after 30 days are not permitted.
