Can I return/exchange my order?
Change of mind returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery/pickup granted product/s are still in a saleable condition and with their original packaging – and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Free returns/exchanges are available within 24 hours of ordering. Returns/exchanges after 30 days of delivery/pickup are strictly not permitted.
My order came damaged. What do I do?
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup. Please fill out the claim form for our team to review. We CANNOT send replacements or offer refunds if it has been reported after 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
Please note that once a product has been installed it means that you accept the product arrived a good condition.
